At saving of the data from SN-PID records table into UTS Register 6 can be received the following error messages:
The empty list of records in the SN-PID records page can not be saved.
Attempt to use and save PID number which is used by other agency or airline.
For SN-PID records saving to the UTS Register delete all records in which it is used PID which specified in the error message. After that click on button Save To Register.
If you are sure, that PID number is entered correctly and belongs to your agency call or email to the UTS NET technical support. Probably, the airline has given out to you PID number, which was assigned to other agency earlier and was not removed from UTS Register.
Attempt to use and save record for a more of unique serial numbers (SN), that it was paid in the current period.
For records saving in the SN-PID records page in UTS Register 6 uncheck Enable this SN-PID record options in all records with superfluous SN. Given record SN-PID will be disabled, however other records from table SN-PID records will be saved and enabled for using. After that, press the button Save To Register.
At any moment you can pay for technical support for increasing of used Serial Numbers.
Attempt to use and save record SN-PID with wrong value in a field KEY
1. It is possible, that a KEY, specified in the error message, is absent or it is inaccessible in your KEY records page.
2. May be KEY value is entered correctly, but it is a shared key was received from other agency and now is blocked or removed by the administrator of other agency.
For records saving in the SN-PID records page in the UTS Register uncheck Enable this SN-PID record option in all records in which the wrong or blocked key KEY is used. Given record SN-PID will be disabled, however other records from table SN-PID records will be enabled. Click on button Save To Register after this.
If the key was received from other agency and now is blocked or removed by the administrator of other agency - contact with KEY owner (administrator of other agency or airline administrator).
Attempt to use and save more than 12 PID for one serial numbers ( SN).
1. Sort the table SN-PID records by column SN. For this purpose click on heading of a column.
2. Find in the table SN-PID records serial number, specified in the message and remove superfluous records.
3. Repeat saving of SN-PID records .
